Important: By accessing, loading, playing, downloading, hosting, sharing, or otherwise using My Alien Tale, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the game or site.

1. Ownership and Rights

My Alien Tale is a game developed by Arcade51 LLC. All rights, trademarks, trade names, logos, artwork, game content, characters, story elements, code, layouts, audio placement, room designs, and related materials are owned by or licensed to Arcade51 LLC unless otherwise stated. No ownership rights are transferred to any player, visitor, tester, host, or third party.

2. Personal, Limited Use

You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive permission to access and play the game for personal entertainment. You may not copy, sell, resell, redistribute, modify, reverse engineer, scrape, repackage, upload as your own, or commercially exploit the game or any Arcade51 LLC content without written permission from Arcade51 LLC.

3. Players Under 18

Players under 18 years old must have permission from a parent or legal guardian before using the site or playing the game. Parents and guardians are responsible for deciding whether the game is appropriate for the minor and for supervising use.

Arcade51 LLC is not liable or responsible for use by a minor that is unauthorized, unsupervised, or not approved by a parent or legal guardian.

4. Pricing, Entry Access, and Arcade51AZ Member Access

My Alien Tale may require a paid entry pass unless otherwise stated. The current listed entry price on the home page is $4.99 per entry, but pricing, promotions, availability, access duration, and payment options may change at any time.

Active Arcade51AZ.com members in good standing may receive free entry as a membership benefit. Member access may require verification, login, active membership status, or other confirmation determined by Arcade51 LLC. Free member entry is not transferable, may not be resold, and may be changed, paused, or discontinued at Arcade51 LLC’s discretion.

Unauthorized use of another person’s member access, payment account, login, device, or credentials is prohibited. Arcade51 LLC is not responsible for unauthorized purchases, unauthorized access by a minor, shared credentials, device misuse, account misuse, or use not approved by an adult where adult permission is required.

Unless otherwise stated or required by law, digital entry fees, access passes, membership benefits, and promotional access may be non-refundable once access is granted, used, activated, or delivered.

5. Use at Your Own Risk

The game and site are provided for entertainment purposes only and are used at your own risk. Arcade51 LLC and its owners, members, managers, officers, employees, contractors, developers, designers, representatives, affiliates, successors, and assigns are not responsible for any loss, claim, injury, damage, device issue, data issue, interruption, browser issue, user error, unauthorized access, or other harm allegedly related to use or misuse of the game or site.

6. No Warranty

The game and site are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Arcade51 LLC does not guarantee that the game will be error-free, uninterrupted, compatible with every device, secure, or available at all times.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arcade51 LLC and its personnel are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or other damages, including loss of data, device problems, lost time, lost profits, or claims arising from use of the game or site.

8. User Conduct

• Do not attempt to hack, disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, bypass, or tamper with the game or site.
• Do not use the game or site for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes.
• Do not claim Arcade51 LLC content, code, artwork, story, or game materials as your own.
• Do not use automated tools to scrape, copy, attack, or interfere with the site.

9. Third-Party Links

The site may link to Arcade51AZ.com or other pages. Arcade51 LLC is not responsible for third-party sites, services, browsers, devices, network issues, or external content not controlled by Arcade51 LLC.

10. Health and Safety

Some players may be sensitive to screen motion, sound, flashing visuals, dark scenes, timed gameplay, or 360° movement. Stop playing immediately if you feel discomfort, dizziness, eye strain, nausea, headache, anxiety, or any other adverse effect. Take breaks and play responsibly.

11. Changes

Arcade51 LLC may change, remove, expand, restrict, update, or discontinue any part of the game, site, terms, access, gameplay, content, or features at any time without notice.

12. No Legal Advice

This page is a general protective notice for the game and site. It is not legal advice. Arcade51 LLC may choose to have these terms reviewed by a qualified attorney for additional protection specific to its business, location, and operations.

Admin-Created or Custom Levels

Custom levels, backgrounds, hotspots, clues, and room data created through the admin editor are the responsibility of the person creating or publishing them. Arcade51 LLC may remove, modify, reject, or disable custom content at its discretion. Anyone adding custom materials must have the right to use those materials and must not upload unlawful, infringing, harmful, abusive, or unauthorized content.
